Wrong part or arrived damaged? You have 14 days to tell us.

14-day returns

You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Contact us first with your order number and we'll explain the next steps.

Wrong or damaged parts

If a part arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.

Change of mind

Items we can't accept back

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5-10 working days after we receive the return. If an item becomes unavailable after you paid, we refund it automatically and let you know by email.
